Disability Advocates (DA)

DA is the private representation and advocacy services offered to the general public seeking guidance through the Social Security Administration's disabilty evaluation and determination process. DA is a business entity that employs attorneys, Juris Doctorates, and certified Hearings Specialists in disability representation. Our favorable decision rates far exceed national averages.  And, we do it sooner in the process than our attorney firm competitors.

Our competitors practice other types of legal services.  DA specializes and performs only Social Security disability representation.  Our only focus is our client.

DA is results oriented, not strictly profit motivated by keeping claimants in the process longer than what is necessary.   DA uses practices and experience that 22 years of successful representation services will provide.  Our service is the gold standard in the disability representation field.

Disability Entitlement Advocacy Program (DEAP)

DEAP today provides its case management and representation services to individuals receiving State cash assistance through TDAP, TCA, PAA and Foster Care. The mandated inclusion of Outreach services in the current contract created the DEAP Client Advocate function. DEAP Client Advocates receive referrals of eligible individuals directly from local Department of Social Services (LDSS) staff. Client Advocates are responsible for completing the intake process for each referral they receive to include the entry of appropriate data in the DEAP database, attempting to make contact with each referred individual to schedule and hold a Social Security disability benefits application appointment, and to provide on-going appeals and representation services to clients with their assigned caseload.
